Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from definition through delivery for AI-driven transformation programs.
- Scope requirements and architect, design, prototype, deploy, and operationalize customized Azure cloud, application, data, and AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and resiliency objectives.
- Lead technical architecture discussions, AI solution POCs, roadmaps, MVPs, risk mitigation, and production deployment planning.
- Build relationships with customer decision makers and communicate with executives, architects, developers, data scientists, and IT leaders.
- Identify opportunities to apply modern architecture patterns, machine learning, generative AI, and emerging technologies.
- Act as a voice of the customer and collaborate with Microsoft Engineering teams to address blockers and improve products.
- Coach team members and coordinate Microsoft stakeholders, partners, resources, and cross-team delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated architecture, design, implementation, or support experience with complex application and AI architectures.
- Experience architecting, designing, deploying, training, and operationalizing AI and machine learning solutions, including generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience with AI agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise AI integration, data governance, logging, lineage, and large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Programming experience in Python, R, and/or C# for AI development.
- Experience with cloud solutions, distributed applications, databases or NoSQL datastores, containers, orchestration technologies, monitoring, telemetry, source control, and deployment automation.
- Preferred 20+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
- 6+ years of technical sales experience and 6+ years of project management experience preferred.
- Technical or professional certification in an AI domain preferred.
- Experience building executive relationships, managing partners, communicating with technical audiences, and delivering solutions across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or consumer goods.
