Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement for Workforce Management products.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including gap analysis, estimations, and solution documentation.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and customer acceptance.
- Act as the technical lead and primary interface among customers, product owners, release managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
- Drive security, performance, capacity planning, risk management, and adherence to project SLAs.
- Support integrations, third-party solutions, customer implementations, training, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Workforce Management solutions, preferably IFS FSM and PSO, including administration, customization, business-rule configuration, and solution architecture.
- Expertise in .NET, C#, Oracle Database, Web Services, XML/XSL, IIS, AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and technical leadership.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible.
- Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as ITIL and eTOM.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer-facing, documentation, and leadership skills in global and matrixed environments.
