Base Salary
$164k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect the Agentic Ecosystem for the Enterprise Agentic Framework.
- Build a modular, multi-tenant agent platform optimized for Customer Support.
- Drive backend development while maintaining quality and reliability standards.
- Design workflows that evolve from human validation to automated execution.
- Implement backend tracing, logging, and rollback mechanisms for AI decisions.
- Act as a technical liaison between CXI, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Set high standards for backend code quality and system performance.
- Mentor engineers and subject matter experts across various teams.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive backend development experience with high-throughput production systems.
- Proven success in deploying enterprise-grade backend infrastructure and microservices.
- Deep familiarity with distributed systems and handling large-scale traffic.
- Hands-on experience with ML-assisted backend systems and agentic automation.
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments and enterprise compliance.
