Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and automations supporting product management work.
Integrate automations with CRM, knowledge bases, project trackers, chat tools, and collaboration platforms through APIs and connectors.
Build and maintain a shared library of reusable automations and skills.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to identify pain points, scope automation opportunities, and deliver working tools.
Test, monitor, and continuously improve automations already in use.
Train and support non-technical users so they can operate the tools, identify issues, and provide feedback.

Three or more years of experience in automation engineering, technical operations, or a similar hands-on building role.
Proven experience building automated workflows or agentic systems using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools or custom code.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, including agent creation, tool and API integrations, and retrieval-based or multi-step workflows.
Experience integrating common business systems such as CRM, ticketing, and chat or collaboration platforms through APIs.
Ability to translate business processes into working automations and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience training or supporting non-technical teams, a product management or product operations background, SaaS experience, or experience building an internal automation or AI-enablement capability is preferred.
Exposure to cybersecurity or security-conscious environments is preferred.
