Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of software solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Design and execute effective testing and automated test activities.
- Use appropriate tooling to support quality engineering and testing.
- Create and implement project-level end-to-end test plans.
- Act as the interface between clients and the test team.
- Coach and mentor team members while building strong client relationships.
- Apply communication and people management skills in an experienced Quality Engineering leadership role.
