Responsibilities
- Build and evolve capable AI agent systems that are reliable.

- Partner with subject matter experts across the company.
- Mentor other engineers on software development best practices.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to build world-class AI systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving production systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly about complex engineering problems.
- Comfort in giving and receiving feedback and maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in a Mac development environment with Python, Golang, or Java.
- Desire to work at a startup pace with high ownership.
- Attention to detail and a drive to ship product improvements.
- Curiosity about engineering and a desire to learn about applied AI.
