Base Salary
$164k - $282k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop IAM platforms and iterate rapidly as part of a talented team.
- Partner with teams across the company to understand their needs.
- Identify technical solutions balancing strategic goals and immediate impact.
- Demonstrate excellence in architecture and design for scalable systems.
- Hands-on development of critical infrastructure components.
- Write back-end APIs in Java and Go using industry-standard frameworks.
- Drive platform adoption and help teams prioritize effectively.
- Address critical system issues to enhance operational excellence.
- Serve as a role model for other engineers and shape team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in backend software development.
- Experience working in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems.
