Responsibilities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and ML teams to deliver top-notch software.
- Contribute across the stack, including infrastructure, front-end, API, and ML-adjacent work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role.
- Experience leading engineering teams on distributed systems, API design, and user-facing products.
- Proven track record of delivering pragmatic solutions that drive business growth.
- Ability to manage high-level projects while being hands-on with technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills for cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
