Responsibilities
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain customer-facing web applications and services.
- Develop, test, and support production-level code based on prioritized tasks.
- Perform unit and integration testing to support code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams and participate in delivery ceremonies.
- Communicate progress, schedule changes, risks, and known issues to management and stakeholders.
- Follow procedures for code implementation, documentation, and version control.
- Support production environments and assist with issue investigation and resolution.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, modern .NET, Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience using Git and standard branching strategies.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure-based environments.
- Ability to stay current with industry practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, cloud-hosted or production systems, and Agile delivery at scale is preferred.
