Responsibilities
- Develop internal education programs for various roles in the product and engineering department.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create engaging enablement materials.
- Evaluate training requirements and create a roadmap for well-defined courses.
- Document processes for other teams to leverage tools and offerings.
- Maintain technical systems and tools used in enablement programs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical role such as SRE, developer, or product manager in a cloud computing environment.
- 5+ years of experience building courses for technical audiences with a solid grasp of instructional design.
- Ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals like slides and diagrams.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Strong prioritization skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capability to coach engineers in delivering onboarding program content.
