Base Salary
$159k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate signal processing and machine learning algorithms for Oura products.
- Conduct exploratory research to identify new sensing features and develop proof-of-concept functionalities.
- Design and support data collection studies to evaluate and improve algorithms and signal quality.
- Maintain internal signal evaluation tools to optimize product performance.
- Document and present data analysis and algorithm performance results with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD with three years of experience or MSc with five years of experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of programming experience in Python and familiarity with code collaboration tools.
- Experience with signal processing methods and time-series analysis.
- Familiarity with biosignal sensing and wearable hardware is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international teams.
