Responsibilities

- Produce clear reports of system issues and root cause analysis.
- Develop tools and workflows to improve quality and triage processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Experience with Python or a similar language for automation and scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
