Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of large-scale event-driven SIL/HIL testing frameworks.
- Architect and manage end-to-end continuous integration pipelines for regression testing.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex system-level failures.
- Develop log mining scripts and visualization dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Perform gap analyses between safety requirements and technical test implementations.
- Lead validation and clearance processes for safety-critical monitors.
Requirements
- Strong technical communication skills for summarizing complex test failures.
- Experience delivering complex projects in Python, including AI-based coding.
- Deep understanding of HIL and SIL methodologies, including real-time fault injection.
- Ownership of automated testing pipelines and development of custom automation plugins.
- Practical knowledge of Linux internals and networking protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field with 7+ years of experience.
