Base Salary

$192k - $275k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate deployment support for next-generation vehicle components and subsystems.
  • Enhance the core deployment framework, developer tools, instrumentation, and integrations with broader engineering systems.
  • Improve deployment speed, efficiency, and mission-critical reliability.
  • Triage, debug, and resolve complex deployment failures across hardware and software boundaries.
  • Collaborate with Firmware, QA, Systems, Manufacturing, and Fleet Operations teams on end-to-end deployment execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience developing clean, scalable Python code.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux in embedded or constrained environments.
  • Familiarity with CAN or other embedded and automotive communication protocols such as Ethernet and LIN.
  • Demonstrated ability in hardware/software triage, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in C or C++ is a bonus qualification.
  • Experience configuring or optimizing build systems such as Bazel or CMake is a bonus qualification.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems or end-of-line flashing environments is a bonus qualification.
