Base Salary
$143k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create test strategies and test plans for self-driving behavior features.
- Identify, track, report, and resolve test strategy, planning, and implementation issues with cross-functional software development teams.
- Propose, prototype, and validate testing methodologies using automated metrics.
- Design, develop, and execute synthetic and log-based test scenarios on an in-house simulation test framework.
- Compile triage strategies and results from QA validation platforms and pipelines.
- Participate in in-vehicle testing missions and analyze test results for regressions and failure modes.
- Lead cross-functional QA participation in testing pipelines, initiatives, and enablement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable software systems test strategies.
- Proficiency with automated test frameworks and test automation.
- Experience with JIRA, GIT, Linux command line, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Relevant experience in software and systems testing for robotics, autonomous mobility, or safety-critical systems is a bonus.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 or other safety standards is a bonus.
- Proficiency with Claude Code or other AI coding tools is a bonus.
