Responsibilities
- Design scalable systems and ensure robust implementation patterns.
- Use Cursor, .cursorrules, and agentic tools to prototype solutions and maintain enterprise development standards.
- Identify performance bottlenecks using profilers, memory dumps, and APM tools such as New Relic.
- Build technical consensus across multiple teams and serve as a knowledge resource for the engineering community.
- Drive advanced technical standards and modern engineering workflows while mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern Web APIs.
- Proficiency in React development and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Experience with unit and integration test automation.
- Intermediate knowledge of high-fidelity testing, including data-flow analysis and comprehensive use-case coverage.
- In-depth understanding of security or performance engineering.
- Technical leadership experience and the ability to act as a subject matter expert.
