Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the technical skills of the DevSecOps team.
- Drive the technical vision and execution of high-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to design scalable and secure distributed systems, evaluate planned changes, and architect infrastructure blueprints.
- Build and automate multi-Kubernetes environments, microservices, and internal infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and secure-by-design infrastructure practices.
- Drive AI-driven automation for monitoring, resilience, incident response, and threat intelligence.
- Oversee cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and application security frameworks.
- Define cloud network and security standards and maintain global infrastructure and security services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SecOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical leadership or mentoring.
- In-depth production experience with Kubernetes, GKE or EKS, Docker, and Helm.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure, with expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies and GitOps using Git.
- Strong development experience with Python.
- Production experience with Linux-based infrastructure and strong networking foundations including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript is an advantage.
- Experience securing AI/LLM pipelines or using AI tools for automated operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and experience writing security procedures, policies, and compliance frameworks are advantages.
