Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable software components and custom solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in IBM i environments.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with IBM i.
- Proficiency in IBM i and familiarity with related programming languages and development tools.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
