Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform capabilities for expense submissions, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Contribute to the migration of services from Ruby to Golang.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale, complex applications and production code.
- Build and consume REST and HTTP APIs and write SQL queries against relational data models.
- Collaborate directly with product partners to understand customer problems, navigate ambiguity, and balance technical quality with shipping value.
- Experiment with AI tooling and help ship AI-powered features.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional hands-on experience.
- Experience with a modern server-side language and willingness to learn Golang.
- Understanding of REST APIs and how to build and consume HTTP APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with queries and relational data models.
- A product-minded approach and ability to collaborate with product partners and make delivery tradeoffs.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tooling; AI expertise is not required.
