Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Drupal-based HSIN-CI platform.
Perform Drupal architecture, module development, configuration, and platform enhancements.
Support content and information governance across mission communities.
Develop and maintain secure platform capabilities for SBU/FOUO information.
Support API integrations and content management frameworks.
Optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
Support government-directed enhancements, integrations, modernization, and capability expansion.
Participate in Agile, DevSecOps/SecDevOps, and CI/CD processes for platform updates and releases.
Remediate platform issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with systems engineering, platform administration, content governance, UI/UX, and other technical personnel.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for platform operations and enhancements.
Ensure development complies with DHS security, accessibility, and information-management requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least eight years of experience in web or platform development.
At least three years of experience developing and managing Drupal-based platforms.
Active Drupal certification or a government-approved equivalent credential.
Knowledge of Drupal architecture, module development, and configuration.
Experience with secure platform design within SBU/FOUO environments.
Knowledge of API integration, content management frameworks, platform performance optimization, and scalability.
Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.

Hybrid work arrangement in Arlington, Virginia.
