Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications using LLMs, agentic AI workflows, RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise data platforms.
- Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, conversational experiences, data pipelines, integrations, and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions.
- Create evaluation frameworks for model performance, response quality, grounding accuracy, and business effectiveness.
- Support the full AI solution lifecycle, including assessment, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Implement responsible AI, data privacy, governance, risk mitigation, compliance, documentation, and quality practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building software, data, analytics, or AI-driven applications.
- Experience with LLMs, agent workflows, RAG, prompt engineering, enterprise integrations, data pipelines, and AI workloads.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs, with experience developing scalable software solutions.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, testing frameworks, observability, quality measurement, data governance, metadata, lineage, cataloging, and access control.
- Understanding of responsible AI, model governance, privacy regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.
