Responsibilities
- Build and own frontend experiences for the group travel and events product.
- Shape product direction and contribute to squad quarterly goals and long-term vision with Product and Engineering Managers.
- Write design documents and help architect significant platform changes.
- Identify technical investments, manage technical debt, and maintain high technical quality.
- Lead cross-squad initiatives, communicate complex ideas, and drive alignment across teams.
- Contribute to engineering guilds, design reviews, pairing sessions, and solution discovery with architects.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers and raise engineering standards through reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- Senior frontend engineering experience, as indicated by the role scope and title.
- Ability to influence product direction beyond implementing features and focus on customer and business problems.
- Experience producing technical design documents and making architectural decisions.
- Ability to lead across teams, communicate complex technical concepts, and drive alignment.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing thoughtful code or design review feedback.
- Updated resume and/or portfolio submitted in English.
