Base Salary
$190k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
- Drive product and engineering alignment by translating customer problems into technical solutions.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
- Mentor engineers and elevate their output through code review and systems thinking.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks proactively.
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of full-stack engineering experience, or exceptional new grads with relevant projects.
- Deep familiarity with AI, LLMs, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Outcome-driven mindset focused on impact rather than just features.
- Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Low ego, high energy, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: prior startup, hacker, or founder experience.
- Eagerness to work in person in NYC full time.
