Base Salary
$172k - $440k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-craft product experiences from concept through production.
- Utilize AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to draft intent and explore implementations.
- Prototype in code using React and TypeScript and validate with real users.
- Translate design principles into reusable components and patterns.
- Design patterns that effectively communicate AI and automation actions to users.
- Ensure performance and accessibility in all shipped work.
- Document and share AI-native workflows with the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in both design and front-end engineering.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, semantic HTML, and modern CSS.
- Active use of AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- A portfolio showcasing high visual and interaction craft.
- A systems mindset for building reusable components.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
