Base Salary

$160k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the product experience from user flows and early sketches through frontend implementation and production.
Design and build interfaces that make complex workflows approachable and help users understand what to do next.
Explore interaction patterns that make AI agents understandable, useful, and trustworthy.
Create reusable components and design systems to improve consistency and shipping speed.
Work directly with customers, test prototypes, and iterate based on feedback.
Partner with backend engineers to bring product designs into production.

At least 4 years of experience designing and building products at fast-growing startups, or early-career work demonstrating strong product judgment and shipping ability.
A portfolio showing products personally taken from idea to production, including adaptation to changing priorities while balancing speed and craft.
Strong UI and UX judgment with the ability to explain design decisions.
Solid frontend fundamentals and the ability to independently ship production interfaces.
Systems thinking, initiative, follow-through, and willingness to share work early and learn directly from customers.
Interest in exploring AI products and software experiences where agents take action for users.
