Base Salary
$113k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-throughput, low-latency acceleration pipelines using FPGAs and GPUs.
- Develop complete end-to-end software and systems from concept through production.
- Oversee and mentor a team as they learn new tools and techniques.
- Identify system improvements and ensure solutions account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Help clients solve complex technical challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- 20+ years of software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree, or 24+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with FPGA or GPU acceleration pipelines, including RTL or HLS, CUDA, or HIP.
- Experience with C++, Python, or Docker.
- Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL for FPGA, or C/C++ for HLS.
- Experience with AMD Vivado, Vitis, or Intel Quartus Prime.
- Experience integrating high-speed IP such as PCIe Gen 4/5, DDR4/5, HBM, or 100G Ethernet.
- Knowledge of GPU microarchitecture, including warp or wavefront schedulers, shared memory utilization, and occupancy optimization.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Preferred experience includes Agentic AI, machine learning, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm.
