Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end production ML model pipelines, including deployment, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Own pseudo-anonymization architecture in ingestion services while maintaining data quality and model performance.
- Build and maintain secure data export services with ML-based threat detection for attack vectors such as SQL injection.
- Manage golden datasets and production model evaluation frameworks for anonymization quality and system reliability.
- Build and maintain ETL data pipelines handling text, images, audio, video, and multiple data formats.
- Automate and orchestrate infrastructure provisioning and ML workflows using ML orchestration platforms.
- Monitor data and ML platforms for performance, reliability, and security, and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Mentor team members in MLOps expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as an MLOps Engineer or ML Platform Engineer with production model lifecycle management experience.
- Expertise with ML orchestration tools such as MLflow or Braintrust for batch processing and inference pipelines.
- Strong SRE foundation focused on operational excellence, reliability, and observability.
- Expertise in Python for automation and ML pipeline scripting.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Experience with model evaluation frameworks and golden dataset management.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on resolving infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Fluent English.
- Production LLM or custom model deployment experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data security, anonymization, and pseudonymization is preferred.
- Experience building and monitoring security services and threat detection systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills are preferred.
