Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical feasibility assessment of AI-based gameplay systems.
- Identify, adapt, fine-tune, optimize, and integrate suitable generative AI, information retrieval, and classification algorithms for production use.
- Establish relevant evaluation processes for machine learning systems.
- Deploy algorithms robustly and scalably on internal or external cloud environments in collaboration with project engineers.
- Implement techniques from research papers as part of innovation and R&D activities.
- Provide machine learning and data-analysis expertise to game-development teams and translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Significant initial experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, including production deployment of different generative AI algorithms.
- Advanced knowledge of NLP algorithms such as SentenceBERT, Llama 2, Mistral, or Qwen 3, with the ability to fine-tune them.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Initial experience with Docker.
- Passion for video games, with an affinity for role-playing or narrative games preferred.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs, adapt analyses and communication to broad audiences, work autonomously, and demonstrate curiosity.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of C++, C#, or Rust is a plus.
- Knowledge of LLM usage, from prompt engineering to advanced approaches such as Tree of Thoughts, is a plus.
- Knowledge of model-size and inference-time optimization techniques such as quantization and LoRA is a plus.
