Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and effects on hardware, network, service operations, and quality.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a chosen field.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- France base pay is €104000–€106000 EUR plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
