Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in establishing the technical direction for backend systems.
- Build a next-generation data serving platform capable of handling millions of user requests.
- Define technical visions and create roadmaps for mission-critical projects.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to develop scalable and open platforms.
- Deep dive into critical system issues and resolve them effectively.
Requirements
- 3-20 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in at least one programming language, preferably Java.
- 3+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
- Proven ability to define technical visions and manage stakeholder communications.
- Experience with microservices architecture and scaling it for web applications.
- Knowledge of design best practices in the industry.
