Responsibilities
- Contribute to end-to-end solution architecture for FP&A and finance transformation initiatives across SAP ecosystems.
- Design and implement FP&A solutions using SAC, BPC, Datasphere, PaPM, and FI/CO integrations.
- Support operations and maintenance of FP&A solutions.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for strategic decisions.
- Optimize planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with business leaders.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation programs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and product teams across the SDLC.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and influence over architecture standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, application development, or enterprise systems design.
- Experience implementing FP&A processes for planning, budgeting, and forecasting using SAC, BPC, Datasphere, and PaPM.
- Proven understanding of SAP S/4HANA and finance modules including FI/CO.
- Experience with enterprise data modeling, reporting, and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success building business cases and performing financial or analytical modeling.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or ERP implementations.
- Strong expertise in data integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Consulting experience in business process transformation or strategy is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exposure to regulated and compliance-driven environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices is preferred.
- Experience mentoring teams and driving architectural best practices is preferred.
