Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, low-latency microservices for brokerage functions such as order routing, custody, market data, and settlement.
- Define distributed-system architectures using Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, SOLID, and event-driven design.
- Implement high-performance integrations with B3, banking APIs, and real-time distributed messaging platforms.
- Ensure application resilience, security, and continuous observability, including performance bottleneck identification and incident prevention during market-volatility peaks.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code and contribute to constructive code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to implement financial-market operational rules in software.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET, including .NET Core, .NET 6+, or .NET 8, asynchronous programming, concurrency, and memory management.
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures and distributed messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Redis.
- Experience building containerized microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in AWS or Azure cloud environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing automated unit, integration, and load tests.
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Technical knowledge or practical experience in financial markets is preferred.
- Practical experience implementing Event Sourcing and CQRS in financial systems is preferred.
