Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of Salesforce developers.
- Drive development standards, engineering best practices, code quality, and technical governance.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide Salesforce architecture decisions.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Support project estimations, delivery planning, Salesforce platform innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, or mentoring development teams.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and quality-focused skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), data migration, enterprise integration, and Agile delivery environments is preferred.
