Base Salary
$200k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build polished, creative, and interactive frontend experiences that solve complex customer problems.
- Define the architectural vision for the Cortex Code coding-agent platform and maintain consistent design abstractions across the product.
- Develop scalable platform offerings and operate across regional boundaries.
- Collaborate with design, product management, data sharing, cloud infrastructure, and cross-region replication teams.
- Contribute to product vision and drive team planning.
- Motivate and influence others through a compelling technical vision and collaborative leadership.
- Build systems for scale and high performance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software development experience in product web UI applications and shipping world-class experiences.
- Experience with agentic systems and/or coding agents, including building and deploying rich experiences with agents.
- Experience contributing to interactive dashboards, visualization platforms, or rich data visualization.
- Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design patterns, performance, and scale.
- Experience across software development lifecycle activities, including analysis and design, APIs, development tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management.
- Demonstrated technical leadership as an architect or tech lead for high-impact customer-facing projects.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and Node.
- Distributed systems development experience is a plus.
- Experience with Electron and VS Code tools or libraries is a plus.
