Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and platform infrastructure.
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle from design to operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
- Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to shape technical direction.
- Build and operate cloud-native infrastructure and services on Kubernetes.
- Improve deployment and operational workflows for containerized services.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems.
- Enhance internal tools for AI-assisted workflows in production feature building.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture through mentoring and code reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in backend systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and service reliability.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong coding and debugging skills in complex system architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
