Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain custom applications, internal tools, and backend services for the ERP ecosystem.
- Translate ERP product-team business requirements into production-ready software solutions.
- Build applications and services integrating with Oracle Fusion and enterprise platforms through REST APIs and other supported methods.
- Partner with Oracle Integration Cloud developers and ERP teams on integration architecture and solutions for finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, and monitoring for production applications.
- Automate manual processes through data validation, reconciliation, workflow orchestration, and operational reporting tools.
- Provide ongoing engineering support and reliability ownership, including defect diagnosis, automated testing, monitoring, documentation, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Enterprise Architecture, OIC developers, ERP administrators, Security, and technical and functional ERP teams.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement of software delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience building standalone applications, backend services, internal tools, or enterprise software.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON, XML, and related data formats.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data processing.
- Working familiarity with modern development frameworks, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Experience with cloud-based application development or deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience integrating with Fusion or other enterprise ERP platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with Oracle Fusion REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Preferred experience with full-stack applications, modern frontend and backend frameworks, cloud-native applications, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Preferred familiarity with enterprise application security, OAuth 2.0, authentication, and role-based access control.
- Preferred exposure to ERP processes in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Preferred experience with automation, data validation, reconciliation, internal operational tools, containerization, cloud deployment, and application monitoring.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is preferred.
