Base Salary
$180k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
- Create technical roadmaps, project plans, requirements, designs, and implementation plans for security architecture and engineering solutions.
- Gather business and user requirements and reconcile them with technical security requirements.
- Support RFP/RFI and proof-of-concept lifecycles, including requirements, test plans, and success criteria.
- Own the transition of sold solutions to delivery teams and remain engaged with clients throughout the relationship lifecycle.
- Communicate solution value to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and end users.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and decision makers.
- Develop sales playbooks and contribute to internal best practices and new consulting service offerings.
- Lead and mentor other engineers and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Travel to client sites when needed.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience working as a Security Architect.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Prior experience with a consulting or technology company.
- CISSP or other relevant industry certifications preferred.
- Deep experience with firewall, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leak prevention, and data protection solutions.
- Strong experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
- Knowledge of adjacent technology areas including cloud, data intelligence, and IoT.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with C-level executives, VPs, directors, and end users.
- Strong understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, prioritization, and independent-work skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor engineers and operate in a proactive, consultative manner.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
