Responsibilities
- Build full-stack referral workflow features covering creation, approval, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Node.js and build React-based referral management dashboards.
- Integrate InNote and Gravity APIs and contribute to migration toward FHIR-compliant schemas.
- Implement multi-tenancy with data isolation and tenant-specific customization.
- Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL schemas for referral entities and audit trails.
- Write unit and integration tests, maintain over 80% code coverage, and participate in reviews and architecture discussions.
- Deploy and monitor services in Kubernetes using Argo CD while collaborating with product, design, and QA teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack web development experience with asynchronous Python, FastAPI or Django, and Node.js or Express.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Material Design.
- Hands-on MongoDB experience and PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and SQL optimization.
- Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7, and REST API design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Postman, and monitoring tools such as ELK or Datadog.
- Healthcare domain knowledge, including FHIR basics and HIPAA or compliance awareness.
- Understanding of multi-tenancy design patterns, microservices architecture, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with InNote or similar EHR platforms, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and GraphQL is preferred.
