Responsibilities
- Execute high-priority enterprise application projects through coding, scripting, automation, and solution development.
- Configure, build, and optimize workflows and integrations between SaaS applications.
- Lead unit testing, integration testing, QA procedures, and test automation before production deployment.
- Oversee reliable deployment of code and applications to production environments.
- Translate business requirements into feasible and scalable solution designs.
- Contribute technical expertise to project plans and communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and technology innovations within enterprise applications.
- Improve team best practices, documentation standards, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience, or three years with an advanced degree.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, physics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of experience coding enterprise technology solutions using languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
- Advanced scripting skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools.
- Experience with automation tools, SaaS application integrations, deployment processes, QA methodologies, unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, project-planning, mentoring, and continuous-learning capabilities.
- Preferred: master's degree in engineering, technology, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: familiarity with Jira, Atlassian tools, Git, CRMs, ERPs, HRIS applications, REST or SOAP APIs, Flask, and enterprise data management concepts.
