Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality internal tools for automating workflows and campaign execution.
- Develop and deploy data pipelines connecting marketing platforms with internal systems.
- Leverage AI to enhance development and automate insights.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation libraries and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement software engineering best practices including testing and version control.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve capabilities and velocity.
- Focus on security in the design and development of systems handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years using AWS.
- Strong experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, along with SQL and Spark.
- Solid understanding of software fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to translate business problems into software solutions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations in enterprise environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for technology.
- Experience in designing and delivering scalable software solutions is essential.
- DevOps experience and familiarity with CI/CD processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
