Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated unit tests using JUnit and TestNG.
- Write automated regression, functional, white-box, UAT, stress, and performance tests.
- Test RESTful APIs and measure code coverage.
- Use mocking frameworks and dependency injection in test development.
- Support cloud and data center infrastructure through systems development, deployment, and related operations.
- Work with distributed systems, open-source development, CI/CD practices, and DevOps.
- Become a subject matter expert and share technical knowledge with teammates.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience as a developer or SDET.
- At least 6 years of experience with Java or white-box testing.
- Experience with JUnit, TestNG, EasyMock, Mockito, and dependency injection.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, or CruiseControl.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Bamboo, Ant, Maven, Git, and Gradle.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and performing multiple forms of automated testing.
- Experience with open-source and big data platforms.
- At least 5 years of systems development, deployment, and related operations experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, open-source development, and DevOps.
