Responsibilities
- Configure, connect, extend, test, launch, and hand off AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Build secure, reusable integrations using APIs, connectors, orchestration tools, and Model Context Protocol.
- Develop and validate proofs of concept, feasibility assessments, workflow demonstrations, and implementation recommendations.
- Translate approved business use cases into requirements, acceptance criteria, data needs, dependencies, estimates, risks, and delivery plans.
- Evaluate generative AI, predictive machine learning, rules-based automation, analytics, enterprise platforms, and reusable services.
- Implement responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, accessibility, and data-governance requirements.
- Define and execute evaluations covering effectiveness, usability, accuracy, precision, recall, groundedness, bias, drift, failure handling, and human oversight.
- Implement monitoring, feedback mechanisms, documentation, support procedures, training, and adoption guidance.
- Create reusable configurations, workflow patterns, implementation documentation, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in AI or related fields.
- Experience developing and implementing AI models and systems.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn and NLTK.
- Experience with large datasets, complex algorithms, data structures, statistical modeling, and computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Portfolio of AI projects or open-source contributions demonstrating expertise.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, algorithmic thinking, communication, independent-work, teamwork, deadline-management, and strategic and tactical decision-making skills.
