Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink solutions to meet client requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders.
- Analyze existing systems to identify optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve software defects.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables including documentation and implementation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, OpenLink Developer, or techno-functional consultant.
- Hands-on experience with OpenLink platforms in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and requirements gathering.
- Experience supporting testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
