Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink solutions to meet client business and operational requirements
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify optimization and platform improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and provide ongoing user support
- Produce process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans
- Support testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, OpenLink Developer, or techno-functional consultant
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and extending OpenLink platforms in complex environments
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field
- Consulting experience in a management consulting or technology consulting environment is preferred
- Experience in Energy or Utilities trading organizations is preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery governance frameworks is preferred
- Exposure to trading, risk management, or energy commodity platforms is preferred
- An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications is preferred
