Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade products.
- Drive end-to-end technical projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Pitch ideas and innovate continuously to enhance team and project outcomes.
- Own the technical roadmap for high-availability systems.
- Collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
- Implement and improve system monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Lead SAFe agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and Sprint Planning.
- Create infrastructure through automation for hosting services on AWS.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience as a software engineer in a development team.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with AWS.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing and creating complex microservices on a cloud ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with AWS components like API Gateway and Lambda.
- Comfortable optimizing high-volume data pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Experience with DevOps tools like JIRA and Terraform.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
