Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain the NiCE CXone software platform across its technology tiers.
- Design and develop NiCE CXone products and features for complex reporting-based projects.
- Interpret business requirements and discuss solutions with technical teams and designers.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and defect resolution during the QA cycle.
- Support the production environment and collaborate with other developers in a team environment.
- Participate in technology evaluations and proof-of-concept projects.
- Partner with AI Transformation Leads to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks.
- Deliver scalable solutions and use AI development tools to accelerate software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Java developer for web and server-side applications.
- At least 1 year of UI development experience using Angular.
- Strong object-oriented design and coding skills.
- Expertise with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and application development technologies.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
- Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx, Redux, or Context API.
- Experience developing multi-tier web applications, relational database concepts, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with unit and system automation using JUnit or TestNG and integration testing with Cucumber.
- Experience with MicroStrategy, Scala, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, TDD, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
