Responsibilities
- Design and develop NiCE CXone products and features across multiple application tiers.
- Work as an individual contributor on complex reporting-based projects.
- Interpret business requirements and collaborate with technical teams and designers.
- Participate in technology evaluations and proof-of-concept development.
- Perform unit testing, system and integration testing, code reviews, and defect resolution during QA.
- Support the production environment and assist other developers in a team setting.
- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks.
- Apply performance tuning, troubleshooting, CI/CD, TDD, and modern software development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Java developer for web and server-side applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in UI development using Angular.
- Strong object-oriented design, coding, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Expertise with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related web application technologies.
- Understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or SCSS, multi-tier web application development, and relational databases.
- Experience with state-management libraries such as NgRx, Redux, or Context API.
- Experience with unit and system automation using JUnit or TestNG and integration testing with Cucumber.
- Experience with Agile development processes and DevOps tools.
- Experience with MicroStrategy or Scala is preferred.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions, working with LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks is preferred.
