Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and highly available software services.
- Build Java and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka-based event-driven integrations.
- Develop responsive Angular user experiences integrated with secure backend APIs.
- Convert Figma designs into reusable, accessible Angular components and interfaces.
- Create unit, component, integration, and regression tests and participate in peer reviews.
- Troubleshoot application, data, messaging, performance, and production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD, observability, resiliency, operational readiness, and automation.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, testing, operations, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Kafka or similar messaging platforms, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on Angular development experience including TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Micro Front End architecture, and UX implementation.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native platforms.
- Understanding of secure, scalable, resilient, and observable software design.
- Experience working across the software development lifecycle and in Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with globally distributed product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude CLI, is required.
- Payments or financial-services domain knowledge is preferred.
