Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions and custom applications.
- Develop scripts, workflows, Flow Designer flows, automation, ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
- Build and maintain REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations.
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, governance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow projects.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5.5+ years of experience.
- Strong experience implementing, customizing, and developing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Glide APIs, App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, Scoped Applications, Service Portal, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes, best practices, scalable enterprise solution design, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- CSA certification and any two ServiceNow Mainline Certifications are mandatory.
- Exposure to UI Builder, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
