Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to understand workflows and goals.
- Build and deploy AI agents and automations using various AI tools.
- Prototype internal tools for knowledge retrieval and process optimization.
- Design and implement lead enrichment and outbound workflow automation.
- Own end-to-end rollout of AI initiatives including training and adoption tracking.
- Create playbooks and knowledge-sharing resources for GTM functions.
- Act as an internal coach to enhance teams' comfort with AI tools.
- Manage vendors and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Track and report ROI on implemented AI solutions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years in RevOps, Solutions Engineering, Growth, or GTM Ops role.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Clay, and n8n.
- Fluency in Clay with experience in building enrichment workflows.
- Strong knowledge of the AI tooling landscape including Claude and ChatGPT.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and data hygiene best practices.
- Sharp process thinker with a strong sense of 'what good looks like'.
- Lifelong learner with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
