Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the feedback learning roadmap for agentic AI.
- Define and execute applied research for feedback-driven AI.
- Design and implement learning loops to improve agent performance.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI system effectiveness.
- Run large-scale experiments to connect model changes to user experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in production AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning and reward modeling.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts.
- Proficient in Python and at least one production systems language.
- Ability to balance model quality, product impact, and maintainability.
