Responsibilities
- Define observability strategy, standards, architecture, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, KPIs, golden signals, tagging standards, metadata standards, and observability readiness criteria.
- Design and lead integrations across CI/CD, observability, incident management, change management, release management, and ITSM platforms.
- Lead application onboarding and ensure adoption of observability standards.
- Build operational and business dashboards, configure event correlation, and tune alerts to reduce noise.
- Track reliability metrics including MTTR, SLOs, and change failure rate.
- Define implementation roadmaps, consolidate assessment findings, identify risks, and develop observability maturity assessments.
- Define and implement AIOps architecture and use cases for anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, event correlation, and predictive insights.
- Implement automation, runbooks, and self-healing workflows.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, validations, and best-practice adoption across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS and Managed environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud infrastructures.
- Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, and log analytics.
- Familiarity with ActiveGate, OneAgent, Network zone, Extension deployment, and SNMP device monitoring.
- Strong experience with digital experience monitoring and Dynatrace APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs, DEM, and AIOps.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of AIOps practices.
- Experience creating dashboards and defining alert strategies.
- Deep understanding of SRE, DevOps, and observability principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, ITSM integrations, incident management workflows, automation, scripting, and AIOps implementations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
